1. When the mechanic receives an abnormal mold, he must initially determine the repairable time of the mold and notify the production team leader so that the team leader can arrange personnel. If the abnormality of the machine mold is not handled for more than two hours, the machine maintenance should be reported to the machine maintenance supervisor; if the machine maintenance supervisor does not handle the abnormality for more than 1.5 hours, it should be reported to the technical manager for handling;

2. When producing the lower mold of the order mold, the mechanic must first keep a product in the mold cavity, then clean and take out the mold with anti-rust oil, and close the upper and lower molds;

3. After the frame mold is qualified for debugging, the mechanic will hand over the first product to the quality department for confirmation, and the quality department will fill in the mold first inspection record form. The quality control and production team leader can carry out mass production after the first product is qualified;

4. When the mold is abnormal due to the need for external processing of the parts, and it is abnormal for more than 8 hours, the mold needs to be treated with anti-rust oil, and the mold parts processing application form needs to be filled in;

5. The mold is found to be abnormal before returning to the warehouse and needs to be repaired before returning to the warehouse.
